Barometer, English mahogany wheel barometer with mercury in glass tube, Fahrenheit thermometer, convex mirror, level, hygrometer, c1850
CONDITION:
the glass tubes and components are intact, and the mercury is in place, but professional service is needed for the instrument to read correctly. The solid wood case needs its top scroll reattached, and has a few age splits on its old surface. The silvered dials look good, and the red alcohol in the thermometer and level is okay. The detailed dial is unsigned. The German hygrometer is later and is not attached. WARNING: must be hand- carried and held upright; no shipping unless mercury is removed. Ht 36"
